The difference is huge and it can definitely make or break your business. Whether you’re a photographer, a doctor, own a pizza shop or don’t have any business in mind yet, Facebook advertising can help you immensely.
I’m going to share 3 tips with advertising on Facebook:
1: How to create a viral post on your Facebook page using cheap ads:
Creating a post that goes viral organically is very rare however creating a post and advertising it is sort of cheating the viral game, but it’s totally cool and so much easier.
You’ll want to create an engaging picture/video, something funny that will get people tagging their friends. Next, you want to have a question in the description box or a command, e.g. tag a friend who would love this… or what would you do with this… etc. The third and last things you want to do is go to your ads manager and create a “Boost Post” ad and select the relevant targeting. Once that’s all done, sit back and watch your post get likes, comments, shares, tags… the whole lot!
2: How often should you post to your Facebook Page?
There is a bit of controversy around this topic, some people say don’t over post and some say post as often as possible. I say post 3-5 times a day and this is based on past and present experience with my Facebook pages. This will increase overall engagement on your page, which will result in more page likes over time. If you don’t have the time to post 3-5 times a day, that’s fine! You can use the scheduler like I do. I just spend 20 minutes this morning scheduling posts for the entire week! Now I don’t need to think or worry about my page until next Monday. Brilliant!
3: You can pretty much monetize anything with Facebook Ads:
If you have an Amazon store, a Shopify store, an email list, and brick and mortar business you can still advertise on Facebook. There is a huge range of ad types you can use and incredibly detailed targeting to find the people who be interested in exactly what you have to offer.
